Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To ensure we can offer timely care to all patients, Milton Pelvic Physiotherapy has the following cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do so by calling us at (905) 876-8885 or emailing info@miltonphysioplus.com.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the cost of reserved appointment time that cannot be offered to another patient on short notice.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other patients.

Repeated No-Shows

Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be asked to provide a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
